At Cynglam Hair, we take pride in the quality of our hair growth products. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of these items, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges once a product has been shipped.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the item(s) in question. Upon review and approval, we will gladly issue a replacement or provide a store credit.
